			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Three Connecticut roofers were seriously injured, two requiring resuscitation, after a metal ladder they were working on came in contact with an electrical wire..</p>
<p>All Aspects of Carpentry, the contractor the men worked for him is based out of North Branford Connecticut and is owned by William Twyford. William was one of the men injured in the accident.  The two other victims were Travis and Rory Moody, brothers from Branford. </p>
<p>OSHA is investigating.</p>
